Watford's MP
Dean Russell replaces Richard Harrington who was the Elected MP for Watford.
In August he resigned as Government Minister.... and later in November 2019 he stood down as MP for Watford.
Dean Russell was the former Conservative Parliamentary Candidate for Luton South in 2017 (and Luton North in 2015) and a former District Councillor where he led a significant reform to create a Health & Wellbeing Partnership. (visit his profile)

Richard was involved a lot with Business, schools, and a cause to improve Watford Junction.. Also took interest in a local mind.

Richard Irwin Harrington (born 4 November 1957) is a British politician, businessman, and former property developer and hotelier. From the 2010 general election until the 2019 general election he was the Member of Parliament (MP) for Watford. He was the Minister for Business and Industry from June 2017 to March 2019.
